Do you offer custom orders?

We’d love to bring your vision to life! Please get in touch with us and share the details of your custom request, we’ll be happy to assist.

Can I place a rush order?

If you’re on a tight timeline, contact us with the date you’ll need your items, and we’ll let you know if we can meet your deadline. Rush order fees may apply.

Do you offer other materials?

We’re always looking for ways to expand our collection and love exploring new materials! If you have a specific material in mind, feel free to send us an email at hello@forevercrafted.co.uk—we’d be happy to discuss your ideas.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our standard processing time for semi-custom items purchased on our website is 3 weeks. For fully custom orders placed via email, the processing time is 4 weeks. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.

Please note that once your order has shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier, and we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. Keep this in mind when placing your order to ensure it arrives on time for your event.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you notice an error in your shipping address, email us at hello@forevercrafted.co.uk as soon as possible. If your order is still in processing, we’ll do our best to update the address.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for any return and re-shipping fees.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide, including Europe and the United States.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked, so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Will I be charged customs or import duties?

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are completely outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are unable to predict what these charges may be, as they vary from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Please note that Forever Crafted is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Because each item is handmade and personalised, we do not accept cancellations or returns. Please double-check our processing times and review your order details carefully before placing your order.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry to hear that! While we take great care to pack our items securely, damage can sometimes occur during transit. Please contact us immediately with a photo and description of the damage, along with the original packaging. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue for you.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

If you received an incorrect item or your order contains a personalisation error, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ll make it right!

Product Care

How should I store my signs before the event?

Acrylic signs:
Store your acrylic sign flat or upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid placing heavy items on top as this may cause scratching. Keep the protective film on until you're ready to display it.

Linen signs:
Store your linen sign flat, loosely rolled, or hung in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid tight folding where possible to keep the lettering in perfect condition. Please note that linen may crease during storage — this is completely normal and can be easily resolved with a handheld steamer before your event.

What's the best way to clean my signs?

Acrylic signs:
Wipe your acrylic sign gently with a soft, damp microfibre cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cloths or sprays as these may scratch or damage the surface.

Linen signs:
We recommend spot cleaning only using a lightly damp cloth if needed. Do not machine wash, tumble dry or iron directly onto the linen or vinyl lettering. Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight to preserve the vinyl.
