Do you offer custom orders?

We’d love to bring your vision to life! Please get in touch with us and share the details of your custom request—we’ll be happy to assist.

Can I place a rush order?

If you’re on a tight timeline, contact us with the date you’ll need your items, and we’ll let you know if we can meet your deadline. Rush order fees may apply.

Do you offer another materials?

We’re always looking for ways to expand our collection and love exploring new materials! If you have a specific material in mind, feel free to send us an email at hello@forevercrafted.co.uk—we’d be happy to discuss your ideas.

Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?

Our standard processing time for semi-custom items purchased on our website is 3 weeks. For fully custom orders placed via email, the processing time is 4 weeks. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.

Please note that once your order has shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier (DPD), and we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. Keep this in mind when placing your order to ensure it arrives on time for your event.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you notice an error in your shipping address, email us at hello@forevercrafted.co.uk as soon as possible. If your order is still in processing, we’ll do our best to update the address.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for any return and re-shipping fees.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we currently ship to the EU! We offer a flat shipping fee of £25, and all orders are sent via DPD to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Because each item is handmade and personalised, we do not accept cancellations or returns. Please double-check our processing times and review your order details carefully before placing your order.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry to hear that! While we take great care to pack our items securely, damage can sometimes occur during transit. Please contact us immediately with a photo and description of the damage, along with the original packaging. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue for you.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

If you received an incorrect item or your order contains a personalization error, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ll make it right!

Product Care

How should I store my signs before the event?

To keep your signs in pristine condition, leave them in their original clear wrap until the event.

What’s the best way to clean my signs?

Use a microfiber cloth with a small amount of glass cleaner sprayed onto the cloth (not directly onto the sign). Gently wipe the surface. Avoid using alcohol-based cleaners, as they can remove the lettering.
