These terms apply to all rental items booked through Forever Crafted. By confirming your rental booking, you agree to the following.

1. Rental Period
The standard rental period is a minimum of three (3) days. One day prior to your event for setup, your event day, and one day for return. Extensions are available at £1 per day for the whole order, for up to a maximum of three (3) additional days. The maximum hire period is six (6) days in total.

2. Booking & Payment
To secure your rental, full payment of the rental fee plus a refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. Your date is not confirmed until payment has been received. The rental fee is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.

3. Pricing
Rental items are priced as follows:

• Table Numbers — £3.50 per number for the standard 3-day hire period
• Unplugged Ceremony Sign — £25 per sign for the standard 3-day hire period
• Guestbook Sign — £9 per sign for the standard 3-day hire period

Extension days are charged at £1 per day for the whole order, regardless of the items hired.

4. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required for all rental orders. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking and varies depending on the items hired. The deposit will be returned in full within 5 business days of the items being received back by Forever Crafted, provided they are returned in their original condition.

5. Delivery & Collection
Depending on your location, rental items will be arranged via one of the following methods:

• Local collections: Forever Crafted is based in Sussex. Full collection address will be provided once your booking is confirmed.
• Delivery: Local delivery by Forever Crafted may be available depending on your location (delivery charges may apply).
• Nationwide: Items dispatched via tracked courier. When it's time to return, simply pop everything back to us via tracked post and we'll confirm the return address once your booking is secured.

Logistics will be confirmed with you at the time of booking.

6. Care of Items
Rental items must be handled with care and used for their intended purpose. Items must be returned clean and in the same condition as received. Please do not attach anything to the items (adhesives, tape, pins, etc.) without prior written permission.

7. Damage, Loss & Late Returns

• Any damage beyond normal use will be assessed upon return and repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit. If costs exceed the deposit amount, the customer will be invoiced for the difference.
• Lost or irreparably damaged items will be charged at full replacement value.
• We kindly ask that all items are returned within the agreed hire period. Returns received after this date may be subject to a late fee of £5 per day for the whole order, to cover any impact on upcoming bookings.

8. Cancellations

• More than 30 days — full refund of everything
• Less than 30 days — deposit non-refundable, rental fee refunded
• Less than 14 days — both non-refundable

9. Availability
All rentals are subject to availability. Forever Crafted reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value in the unlikely event that a booked item becomes unavailable, and will always communicate this with you in advance.
